Pastor Gets $1.5 In Clinton Earmarks Before Endorsing Senator Pastor Butts’ Abyssinian Development Corporation was the beneficiary of a $1.5 million earmark from Senator Clinton for inner city work in Harlem. Butts is on the board of advisors of the Khalil Gibran International Academy, an Arab culture school.
