NIX HILLARY 2008

A LETTER FROM A HILLARY WANNA BE [Hillary] — Administrator @ 6:13 pm

I recieved this little note in the mail recently from the soon outgoing governor of Michigan, Jennifer Granholm. It reads like this “Across the nation, advances in medical science have provided hope to millions of families struggling with deadly and delbilatating disease” OK that sounds nice doesn’t it? after all, who wants people to suffer needlessly when there is a possible cure right?  But at what, or whose expense? Lets continue on.

“We must embrace the progress that had occured and support medical research that may save more lives.  “We  must” say’s Granholm, as if anyone really cares about what she has to say about anything, that is except her far-left commie supporters, and the labor unions who helped her get elected.

“Stem cell research had the potential to provide a cure for Alzheimer’s, Diabetes, Parkinsons, and spinal cord injuries.”

First of all, there is no real proof that stem cells actually help people in the long run, this whole concept is highly experimental at best. What most people are against is the harvesting of human embryos in order to extract the stem cells, thereby murdering an innocent human being. This is likened to the experiments the Nazi’ did on Jews in Germany during WWII.

“Removing the limatations on stem cell research would put Michigan in the forefront of this life-saving research.”

To remove the ban of the use of human embryos for experimentation would be a huge mistake, and we do not want out state known as the “baby butchering for profit” state.

Granholm has cost this state more jobs than can be accounted for. Her liberal policies have cost Michigan countless manufacturing jobs, and her band aid for this is to waste our tax dollars retraining these skilled workers for new jobs, when they should have kept the ones they had in the first place. Michigan has always had a strong manufacturing base, many big companies are headquarted here in Michigan, this is what we should be on the forefront for, not stem cell research.

She continues with “While high ethical standards must be upheld in this endeavor, it is imperative that Michigan take the lead”

We want to take the lead Jenny!  In fields of manufacturing, and agriculture!  The two things people in Michigan are best at!

How can you say you want “remove the limitations on stem cell research, but yet claim to have high ethical standards?  I think Jenny is talking out oth ends!  You can’t have high ethical standards, while you harvest human embryos, destroying innocent human life, so you can possiblly cure some disease.

Jennifer Granholm is just a Hillary Clinton wanna be, and should be resisted at the polls, elect Dick Devos for Michigans next Governor! Let’s make Michigan a Pro-Life State!

  1. Oh, but you forget! Adult stem cell and cord stem cell research is very productive.
They have actually produced around 90 cures and/or treatments for a variety of
diseases, ranging from skin grafts for burn victims to spinal cord injuries, to
leukemia, etc.. They however, have the unfortunate side-effect of not killing the
unborn. In fact, they can even be retrieved from liposuction. So, you can see why
they lose their charm to liberals. They also don’t cause those irritating cancerous
tumors that have prevented even a single human trial study of embryonic stem cells,
or the immune vs host disease that is also rather a nuisance. But, I’m sure if we
kill a lot more embryos, spend a lot more taxpayers’ dollars, and ignore the research
that works, I’m sure we might have something to show for it in 5-10 years. Although
adult stem cells have been USED to treat HUMANS for nearly 20 years, if the liberals
follow Slick Willy’s cue, and continue to try to discredit Fox News, and somehow get
control of such bloggers as us, then they can keep that under wraps. Then, cloning
will be one of our unalienalbe rights, as long as we don’t say “God” within a 50 mile
radius of any school. Oh, and before some liberal starts telling me I said the ‘n-
word’ when I was in college (since that seems to be the only answer they have when
faced with facts) I am an Oncologist dedicated to my patients, and their quality of
life, as well as their cures. I have studied this subject extensively. I am strongly
for investing in research that leads to CURES and not death. An embryo is an unborn
child, period. The only time a non-scientist calls it an embryo is if they are for
killing it. Somehow, it sounds more pallitable. (Has anyone ever heard of a woman
who is happy about her pregnancy, refer to her unborn child as a fetus, or embryo,
no matter how far along she is?) If abortion is moral, especially partial-birth which
requires actual murder on the part of the physican, then where is the line drawn?
Because I would like to make a case for post-birth abortion, and Michael Moore. I
would be willing to perform the “medical procedure” as pro-abortionists refer to the
killing of the unborn. See how language changes everything? (Most of us still have
access to a thesaurus, in case you liberals thought we fell for it.)
